i like it a lot i don’t have a lot of experience with vitamins though so im still learning about magnesium glycinate and its benefits/ effects but overall its easy to digest and use.

Have you ever eaten a certain food and thought, "Gee, I must have really needed whatever's in that" because it just hits the spot? Well that's just how I feel when I take this supplement. I drink bottled water (I use 16.9oz individual bottles) and find it super easy to add this Mag powder and my Vit C powder together in the same bottle, put the cap back on, shake it well and drink it down! Ahhhhh!! Don't have to deal with swallowing monster tabs either! Re the dissolving discussion, if the water is too cold right out of the fridge, yes it WILL clump and is hard to mix. I just let my water warm up a little first, shake it well and no problems! I have ordered this product multiple times and am very happy with results.
