I got this not because I know that I needed magnesium but this one in particular helps with sleep. Definitely helps like no other type of magnesium and I have tried them all. I follow the instructions, one in the early morning and 2 in the evening. Usually 2 hours before I want to be in bed. It might take a bit of time for some people but it worked pretty fast for me. I don't need Melatonin anymore.

This Magtein helps me relax and sleep better than other forms of magnesium I have tried. Also helps with occasional restless legs. My husband has issues falling asleep and says this helps him.

Best Magtein on the market, if only because the inside of the plastic bottle is clean and not full of white powder, which was present in two other brands I used before I found this brand.
