Sorry about being so late with an answer. I had to wait for my shipment to arrive. Answer: 19 grams of carbs. 2 grams fat and 1 gram protein. Essentially, a very small candy bar with a little more fiber.

Do they have nuts in it like walnuts or almonds

No but the label says may contain traces of peanuts or other tree nuts.

Soft and chewy low calorie snack

Great snack pack and perfect size for all ages of children whom has teeth. The granola bars are not hard they are soft and has 3 different flavors. Excellent value for your money and travel easily in my lunch bag as well as stored in my drawer at work for a quick snack between meals. Not a heavy calorie snack and stayed fresh.

Easy to take with you. You can put them in a pocket or you can put them in your bag for your lunch.

Great for when you need a little but not a lot. The different brands taste real good for that purpose and also it has good stuff in it for your system.

These are great to have for a snack, and I think it was a reasonable price for the amount. The peanut butter and chocolate flavors were really good, especially the peanut butter. I didn't care for the smores ones though.
