I bought this palette for travel. I was unaware that the paints are not secured into the plastic box. They can be moved, which is nice when you want to keep some colors together or remove some, but if you forget and turn it upside down, they all come falling out. The included brushes work well.

Pretty good! The colors arent chalky so they dont rub off when dry. Sort of annoying that all the cakes fall out if the set isnt completely set down (they're all just places inside) but it's nice to be able to rearrange the colors. I made mine a rainbow gradient. The brushes arent great but I wasnt expecting much. Overall really pretty colors (especially the pinks and purples and turquoises) and I would definitely recommend! Not professional grade, but great variety.

Useful for my ART111 class. Makes life easy having everything but the water right at hand.

Great to take with you and paint at your leisure. The water brushes are quite convenient - to open twist clockwise, to close twist counter clockwise - a little counterintuitive.

The set is ok, not happy that half the paint tubes were extremely dry

Super chalky, but a good amount of pigment in the paint. Expect a layer of matte chalk on the paper when you're done.

Exactly as described. Brushes were decent and I was able to bring it on the plane with me for my 13 hour ride to tokyo.

The colors are very vibrant, and while the brushes won't last long, they work decently well and does the job.The pallet won't stay closed by itself, as the latch doesnt rly stick, but just use a rubberband around the set if you plan on travelling with it.Overall, I definitely recommend this set, especially for beginners.

I am unable to use the round brush, since I cannot add water to it; When I twist the water barrel open, there is a physical barrier at the opening that prevents me from adding water. I am also unable to remove this obstruction. The flat brush seems to work just fine (from a beginner's point of view). Another annoyance (that doesn't necessarily affect performance) is the orange part of the lid keeps falling off. I haven't tried out all of the colours but they seem to be fine. I wouldn't purchase this again since I literally cannot use one of the brushes that were purchased as part of this set. This is a relatively decent price but if the brushes were fine, this would have received 4 or 5 stars.
