I have struggled with Plantar Fasciitis for a while and have been searching for a product that will offer some relief.First of all, the other pieces you get from this kit gives you great value for money - its a 5 in 1 bundle pack.I bought this kit primarily for the compression sleeves, but the other bits are just as great.The foot spiky massage ball works amazingly for rolling away those muscle knots in the ball of my foot - I even used it for knots on my back as well.I wore the compression sleeves on my troubled foot while at home - it applied just the right amount of pressure and helped relieve the pain - I kid you not - I think this is by far my best purchase.It exceeded my expectations.I love to jump rope so every item in this kit protects my heel, foot and ankles. There is a pair of silicone gel heel protectors that protect my heels and absorbs the shock when I hit the ground.The cushioned arch support target those arch and heel pains plantar fasciitis brings.Honestly you can't go wrong with this kit.Amazing value for money.

I have been suffering with plantar last few weeks so bought this kit. Great quality kit.. socks are comfortably and the gel heel are great, wasnt sure about the ball as its gard spikes but rolling it up and down the side of my foot is working wonders.. starting to get less pain. Haven't used the other 2 parts of the kit yet.. But anyone who has plantar knows how painful it is and i think this is a great help to me and i would recommend.

You won’t regret this purchase if you’re a PF sufferer. I have been using these for a couple of weeks and they def help to stop the pain getting worse when I’m on my feet all day. I can’t say that the PF has gone yet but I feel comfy and lightly strapped in, which is a blessed relief. My heel doesn’t feel so jarred by every step, like before. The clear jelly heel cushions are excellent, I’m going to try and get a few pairs as they take quite a pounding and will not last as long as the sock type of foot wrap. The arch supports are good too, take the weight and stress off my heel. Highly recommended

This recovery kit is a god send! I have suffered with plantar fasciitis since Oct 2017 and this kit has provided me with pain relief.The massage ball is made from hard plastic and I use this everyday to roll my feet over and it has worked miracles in elivating pain.The compression sleeves I wear when I play Sunday league football and provides great support for my feet and helps to reduce the pain.The silicone heel protectors are great for wearing around the house and did help with pain reliefThe cushioned arch supports are well made and hard enough to use around the house and provide much needed pain relief.The inserts I never used but are made of good quality, I wore them inside a pair of converse and they worked well, but I did not stick them down, so they did move about. All the same they provided good support to the arch of my feet.All the products within this kit are well made and the compression sleeves retain their shape after being washed in the washing machine.I highly recommend this kit for all those who suffer from plantar fasciitis, I am so glad I bought this product and it has helped redcued my pain significantly. I wish I had purchased this a lot sooner than suffering for over a year!

Bought for my Mum who has been suffering with a lot of heel and ankle pain. She mainly uses the silicone heel protectors and compression socks and has noticed a considerable difference pretty much instantly! She wears the heel protectors all day in work and says they are very soothing and take away the pain. Would recommend this great kit!

Fantastic little bag of tools for my planter, very pleased. I was just getting worse over the months and very frustrated. Immediately felt relief when I put the cushioned arch support over my compression sleeve (which I now have loads of, I purchased every kind of insole and sleeve imaginable ) never got any relief until I used the arch support but it was short lived. Over the wks I've been using everything in the pack, they are relieving my pain but it's going to take a while. Between these tools and stretches I'm confident I will beat this. The ankle support is just superb, it allows me to walk almost pain free 😀

Loved the socks, still wearing them to work to support me on long shifts standing up. Can get a bit sore in the curve of the leg to foot but a good moisturizer helps with that.Put in the washing machine but not dryer to keep elasticity safe. The teardrop supports really helped when starting with this kit as I would realise I was tensing my feet when walking and if I did the teardrops would make it painful so they helped me to learn to relax my feet to walk. Didn't really use much else but glad to know its there.Had minimal problems after 6 weeks of using this.

The ball is great works fantastic along with all the other products. I am only awarding 4 stars as the silicone heel supports fell apart within a week. I am a big walker with 2 dogs who need exercise twice a day and unfortunately as comfy as these were they were not durable for walking. Pity as I thought I had found a saviour to me heel problem
