A pleasure to deal with this seller but the product is only 75% effective.
The item is an improvement, in that it helps to reduce cable tanglement, but the device does not always do the job properly.

It does what it says although you get echo with some IP Phones

Simple and effective
Bought a few of these over time and they 'solve' the issue of tangled cables brilliantly. Keeps the handset cable like new. Fantastic!!
