I purchased 2 Kimi 3 Wheel Electric Scooter for Kids in November 2024 for Christmas 2024. One in pink and the other in blue for my grandchildren. The children rarely ride the scooters because they are not with us all the time, only once or twice a month. Unfortunately the blue scooter stopped working only after 4 months. We take care of things very well. The scooters are stored indoors. It has no damage. It has not contacted water. It's only used when it's nice outside. We re-pluged it in. Turned it off and on. Still nothing. It does not work. Only 4 months. I tried contacting them on their contact web site, but once I hit enter it went to am ERROR page. I will update only if I get a response.

Feels solid and well-constructed, with no loose and ungainly wires, and everything nicely covered and tucked away. The ride is surprisingly smooth . Overall, my first ride experience has been great. The first thing you would notice is how well they have shipped it. I notice first thing is that the way they distribute the weight, picking up and moving this scooter is quick and easy with a simple and lock tight folding mechanism. Another thing that is great is the big solid wheels that come with this scooter, they allow for an easy ride where you don't have to worry about a flat tire and are big enough to take the worry of hitting potholes. Personally, I don't think you could find a better-built 3 wheels electric scooter at this price range. There is a lot of pros without many cons, I honestly can't find a part of this scooter I personally don't like. Everything aside, for a scooter at this price range, been using it for a week now I have had absolutely no issues with it, and every time she ride it,

This product is not worth the money. Purchased it for my 5 yr granddaughter who is not with me all the time so it does not get used often. The scooter would not hold the charge. For the amount of money I spent and the few times she rode it was not a good buy. Cannot get a hold of their support team to assist.

My granddaughter really loves the electric scooter that I got her for her birthday. Unfortunately after only a couple of weeks the scooter would not run. I reached out to customer service through amazon and the company that sells the scooter immediately responded to our concerns. They are sending us a replacement scooter. I appreciate the quick response and they are giving me an extended 2 warranty on the scooter. It’s good to know that the company stands behind their product and was quick to respond to my issue.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! HUGE SAFETY HAZARD!!!! First one was a dud on arrival. Would only last a few minutes before dying.Second one lasted about a month before we started having issues. At times the thing just beeps constantly and will not move. Other times it won’t stop moving even after you stop pressing the button. Talk about a run a way scooter. HUGE SAFETY HAZARD!
