I cant say enough about this book and the information they share!!! Its been life changing to understand my style(s) of conflict and then so many tools and options given for how to handle conflict in a healthy way. One that respects ourselves and our partner/friend/family/colleague. This should be taught in SCHOOLS!!! So many of us have no idea how to handle difficult situations and the emotions that accompany them and this gives us the 'hidden secrets' while letting us embrace all of our humanness and imperfections. The Guide in the back is so helpful and its something I will reflect back to often. Handling conflict in a healthy manner requires that we have awareness and Fight Right delivers that like no other!
