Pretty good, does the job. Does get a weird smell if not cleaned every other day at least. pressure is great. Even at high it doesn't hurt your mouth. I haven't had to charge it in a crazy amount of time since I've gotten it. Only charge for less than an hour thanks to the usb-c. Not terribly loud but it has a motor so...better than the plug in ones for that aspect. 4 stars cause of the smell...wonder if its bpa or something
