Update Jan 2025 -Since posting the below review I have received contact from the Managing Director of the company themselves apologising for the issues I faced and lack of customer support. They have have gone above and beyond to rectify their mistakes. I have to say this purchase has gone from one of my worst customer service experiences to probably the best I have ever had. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 based on this.“Stopped working after a month or two with temperatures fluctuating between 16 degrees and 43 degrees C. Tried to contact customer service for refund or replacement and they made it near impossible to do asking for videos in use showing error etc that it just got tiresome trying to sort. They were hinting at user error which it was not. Go for Braun!”

Wish I found this when my toddler was a newborn! The no touch infrared reading is great, occasionally out but not by much. The light is great, the mute button is great.This was definitely designed by parents, for parents.The room temperature feature has been really handy to get an accurate temp of bedrooms. A brilliant purchase

The fact that it comes with a two year warranty and is used by the NHS tells you everything you need to know .beyond that it's easy to use accurate and reliable....3-1 modes, in ear, no touch forehead, or room temperature. Easily switch between the three.Wish had come across it years ago.

I rarely leave customer reviews but consider it a moral duty in this case. My wife was unwell and we were monitoring oxygen sats, pulse and temperature. We brought this product for temperature. When unwell it was giving readings of between 34 and 35 degrees (low), which was odd as she was on antibiotics for an infections. When an ambulance came and throughout a day in hospital her temperature was constantly recorded at 37.2 (slightly high) . At hospital discharge it was still 37.2 - twenty minutes later at home, using this product, it was 35.2. And for me it recorded 34 degrees - I'm fit & healthy and definitely not 34 degrees! We are returning it as not fit for purpose.

Dislike clearing history is not available. Background screen colour does not change Green, amber and red on temperature measurement.

Clear set up instructions and easy to use.

Easy to use and accurate, I bought this to monitor my temperature while I had a fever. The buttons for mute and mode selection are quite easy to accidentally press because they are touch sensitive.The actual temperature measurement seems to be very consistent and fast. Batteries are easy to replace and the battery cover stays in place, it can’t fall off or get lost. It needs no tools to open. Also, batteries were provided, so you can get up and running rapidly. The unit feels well made and looks good.
