I just bought this head lamp for my hard hat and it was grate! I used it for about 3 days and now I can’t get the lamp to stay on . I tried new batteries and I even bought a battery charger that’s only for those type of batteries. I inspected the cable to see if there a rip or something but I didn’t find anything .the light flickers for like seconds and then shutdown.Update ....I waited a week befor posting a update.I was upset that the headlight didn’t work so I wrote a review . Not even 2 hrs later I had a full refund in my bank . I didn’t ask for a refund they just gave it to me because the light didn’t work ! THAT MY FRIENDS IS GRATE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I thought oh cool I got my money back but then I received a new headlight with a hand written note from the company. I will most defiantly be buying again.i tested the head light for a full week now and it works wonders!! It’s the brightest I’ve seen available for such an affordable price . I am seriously in love with the light

I wish I could go above and beyond the 5 star rating, since this company goes above and beyond what they have to do or even should do. I originally gave this product a 1 star because I got a light with a defective strap. I posted a picture on my initial review. So they contacted me and said they were sorry and offered to send me a new strap AND another light(I guess for the inconvenience) I hated to take advantage of the situation, but hey, who am I to turn down a free light? Needless to say, they followed through and now I have 2 great lights that are so nice and bright. It's so great I have 2 because as soon as my wife saw the light, she fell in love with it also. If I didn't have 2 of these, my wife would be the only proud owner of the headlamp, but now we can both have one.I am hesitant to post this because I hope nobody would take advantage of this upstanding company to try to get a free light but it is so refreshing to see a company care that much about it's customers. And let's not forget this is a really, really, really bright light and appears to be very durable, but I guess time will tell that story to be sure.

Was impressed upon opening the box. The light felt very substantial, well made. Was somewhat surprised when I turned it on and nothing happened. Most rechargeable batteries arrive with at least some charge. I checked the battery pack and it did contain two batteries so I closed it back and plugged it in to charge.This morning I checked to see if the light worked and, behold! It works! Bright light, dimmer light, strobe. Works as it should. Obviously the battery just needed charging. So I unplugged it in order to put it on my hard hat. It turned off immediately. Cycled through the switch; on, dim, strobe. Nothing. Plugged it back in and it works fine. Unplugged it doesn't work at all.Will communicate with the supplier and update.Update: A very prompt and understanding manufacturing/owner rep very politely asked if I had bothered to remove the plastic covering around the batteries. I don't think that I need to explain any further.

Oh my! This headlamp was just what I needed each night as I camped for two weeks in an isolated State Park in Illinois. Whether arriving at my camper in pitch darkness or making my way to the shower house it was my faithful companion to light my way.When I arrived home I showed it to my son who also fell in love with the headlamp. His birthday is coming up soon so I've purchased one for him. He mows grass into thedarkness, this light will give him those extra minutes to finish.Needless to say this headlamp is the best by far that I have come across. The rechargeable batteries and the fact that it came from a family business were the main selling points when I first purchased it. One of, if not , the best purchases I've made on line.

I have received the headlamp in good condition, this lamp has some great features that my other one did not. 1,it uses a standard usb mini plug to charge2, the back red light lights up when it is charging and turns green when full.3, It works great on a hard hat and the batteries last a long time.4, you are able to focus the light from spot to flood.5, the batteries come already installed, make sure that you remove the plastic from around the batteries before you try and charge it.

I bought this headlamp and a bike lamp both 1000 lumen. The headlamp is way brighter than the bike light. The straps to the headlamp can be easily unattached without having to cut them. I used some velcro cable ties to attach it the light to the front of my helmet and the battery to the back of my helmet. I saw a review where someone used zip ties. I can unclip the battery and headlight from the attached portion when riding during the day. Super happy with this headlamp! I really haven't tested the battery life - so can't give much feedback on that.Update: took the headlamp on a bikepacking trip. Everyone was super impressed with the brightness!

I don't know if it's the included poor quality 18650 batteries or the bulb is inefficient or both, but this light is disappointing to say the least.I'm changing batteries every three nights at best if I use both at once. With one battery I get about a night and a half at best. I work nights and like the hardhat clips, but the light also isn't bright enough, only has two usable settings (not very bright and less bright) and the focus isn't broad enough.I have had other headlamps like this, some using 18650's and some using AAA's. I always use rechargeable and have many different brands and types. When the batteries won't last a single shift I throw them out.Of my other 18650's, some last longer and are brighter and some only last a little longer. The included batteries aren't very good, even in my other flashlights that use 18650, so I think it's mainly the included batteries.Not impressed and won't be buying this light again.

Not 3200 Mah battery is. Advertised as. About 1200 Mah short

I've loved the tidying up of my life. This book is a good size so doesn't get scrunched up, has lots of pages for passwords etc. I'm a neat freak so this is a pleasure.
