After almost a year of use the handle wore out and no longer meshed with the pentago shaped peg on the grinder. I asked for a new handle and the seller responded very quickly and sent a whole new product.Pros: great customer service. adjustable burr grinds coffee nice and coarse for french press and fine for aeropress. takes about 45 seconds to grind for 1 cup. lightweight, slim, portable design means you can grind in the morning and take the ground beans to work.Cons: wish it was more durable.

The build looks good on the outside, unfortunately there are internal plastic parts that give off strong smell that is going to leach into your freshly ground coffee and affect the aroma. I suspect after a while it'd outgas, but the problem I have is that there isn't any clear description of what type of plastic is used in this product, and whether this is a BPA-free material. I'd happily pay twice the price if this aspect of the product is improved, for now - it's a return I'm afraid.

Not the most robust grinder and there are some poor metal edges which could hurt if you caught them badly. It’s also not the speediest or largest capacity grinder I’ve ever had, but, having said all of that, it does the job and it’s very good value.

Well plastic cap broke straigh away, managed to fix in my way. In terms of functionality it is fine. Sad that you cannot see grading grades. Otherwis if you need just grander with 3 years warranty go for it.

I really like this grinder. It fits together neatly like a cocktail shaker, it is small and light and is the ideal companion for my aeropress when travelling. However, for those not familiar with hand grinding it takes about 400 revolutions to grind out a full hopper and if you like your coffee strong and you're making two good cups you'll need about 1.5 hoppers full. That being said, I find the grinding easy and I like the added ritual it adds to my coffee making, so much so that I will sometimes hand grind my roasts at home rather than using my electric grinder.

Could of be better the biggest issue I had was that I had to fix the settings every time I use as it gets loose while grinding.

A bit fiddly in arthritic hands, but does what it's supposed to do.

I bought this because I thought it would be nice and easy to use and quick to grind those beans up but I got more than I bargained for. 1st the metal is thin and easily misshaped. Second is the length of time it takes to grind your coffee. I always brew a full pot of coffee so I fill the basket/filter to do this with this bean grinder is a mammoth task 1st you have to grind it into medium chunks and then again to make it into fine grounds it took me 1h 30m to fill up my filter. Avoid this if you want coffee for a machine. This is best for a 2 cup french press.
