I have a few metal-handled spatulas that I like, but this one from GIR honestly feels even higher quality. The silicone is sturdy but flexible in all the right ways, and the one-piece design makes it super easy to clean—no gunk hiding in creases or seams. I've had it for a few months and have cooked at very high temperatures and thrown it into the dishwasher with not a single sign of wear.But let’s talk about the sprinkles. It adds such a playful vibe to my kitchen, and it actually makes me happy every time I use it.It’s officially my favorite utensil now—I reach for it constantly. Great manufacturer. Quality non-toxic silicone. Quality product. No seams. Dishwasher safe. Can take the heat. I use GIR utensils and the ultimate turner and spoonfuls are my favorites. They are like having 2 utensils in one. Unfortunately there was a mix up and I received a GIR utensil in packaging and new but not the kind I had ordered.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the ultimate sprinkle white color.And the 8 inch size flip turner in Blue and red. They are all great.I love the weight and size of the Blue Flip turner as it's good for my small handsThe ultimate white spatula is around 13 inch and little heavier but good for big flips. My husband loves them

So glad I found this recommended by the NYT Wirecutter writers. Intended to replace my black plastic spatula which Wirecutter noted is a PFOA hazard. But aside from eliminating that risk, this spatula is awesome in use. Super sharp (though flexible) blade, gets under any food, does not burn, much less melt, and does not absorb grease. Easy to clean. Surprisingly nicely weighted. Expensive, but seems like a lifetime purchase.

Great egg turner. Would like to see this in pure white. They are so easy to clean and never hot, so no burned fingers

Wow. I never knew a turner could actually work without tearing up cookies. I guess it is worth getting better quality than the dollar store. We'll see how it washes and if it spots. If so, I'll be back to update
