I'm not a proficient crocheter, but I have found that these fit my needs perfectly! I expected the handles to be well.. soft plastic. They're not. They're not straight up hard, but I was expecting the kind of soft and gushy plastic that has some give. That's not what these are. They are pretty comfortable to hold though. Another complaint I have is at the very bottom of the plastic handle, where the plastic was cut off there is a kinda sharp nub. I ended up having to take a nail file to that because it scratched my finger up after an hour. Shipping was really fast! I'd recomend these to a beginner (only because I don't know if these are good enough quality for more experienced crocheters)

These are very nice crochet hooks for the money. I needed a 2 mm hook. This set has one and the price was right so I took a chance and ordered them. I was very pleasantly surprised. The metal hook part goes all the way to the end of the rubber grip part. There was a small rough spot in the metal of a couple of the hooks where the metal meets the rubber. This rough spot does not rip or shred the omega nylon thread I'm working with. There was a small amount of excess rubber on a couple of the hooks. I just peeled it off. Are they finished as nicely as the Clover or Susan Bates hooks I generally use? No. But, I got the whole set for just slightly more than the cost of one Clover hook. I've been crocheting all day with the 2 mm hook. No hand pain or arm strain. They arrived very quickly, and were packaged well. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

I just received these hooks today from YUiiLY, and they seem quite comfortable. However, I was quite unhappy when I noticed there was no size J hook included. I'm American, you see, and don't usually use the metric sizes. Then I thought I'd check a hook chart on Google, and sure enough, the hooks are mismarked! The metric sizes are on the handles along with the American letter size. But they do not correlate correctly. To determine which was right, I measured the hooks in millimeters. The mm measure stamped on the handles seems to be correct. For my own use, I relabeled the hooks with the right American letter size using a Sharpie fine point.

Got these a couple of days ago. Shipping was way faster than I expected. They actually came a week earlier than the expected date. Super excited! I've already used several different sizes on various projects, and I've loved how comfortable they are in my hand. The metal handle goes way up into the rubber grip, so it's nice and sturdy. I did notice that the rubber grip does tend to slide off a bit while I'm working on my armigurami tight stitches. I simply pushed it back over the needle a bit without a problem though. Much easier and comfortable to hold than my older crochet hooks. For the price, I am very pleased!!

Love these crochet hooks, they come in a plastic container holding them all, i keep them in it still, it was just to keep them selerated during shipment but nice still to use and see if one is missing. These are ergonomic and help so my hands dont cramp. I enjoy these better than simalar box store brands and the price helped, i got a set for what i could only get one or two hooks somewhere else. As always prime two day shipping was great, enjoy knowing my item will be here fast.

I love to crochet and I love to try different hooks. I ordered these because they were on the line of ones that I already have. Was a little disappointed that they were a smaller version of the ones that I have already. The grips were a hard plastic and not very comfortable in the hand, I prefer ones that have a rubber coating and are a little bulkier so that they fit well in my hand. I may see if my son would like to learn using these as he is smaller and has smaller hands. Over all the make of them is fine, just not my cup of tea.

I use these to crochet dishcloths and potholders. The comfort grip handle is nice and does make them easier to hold, but the metal hook portion is not as smooth as it should be and snags at the yarn. They are not impossible to use, but it's hard to get up to speed with them. If you have used similar crochet hooks made by better (more expensive) brands, you can definitely tell the difference. These are okay in a pinch, but they aren't the hooks I grab first.

I was thinking the handles on these would be foam rubber, but they are hard plastic. Also, they are very small. They are good quality, but just not what I was expecting. However, having used them for a few projects now, I much prefer them over my Boye set as they are easier to hold and the hooks are more rounded, so they don't catch on the yarn when pulling up loops. These are great, really.
