These are great if you have a J-tube. I prefer these to the split gauze and paper tape route.The adhesive on these doesn’t cause skin irritation if you’ve developed a sensitivity to medical glue, and it also helps quite a bit if you also use a skin protectant spray and let it dry first.They’re not super absorbent, so I use other things to help with leaking. I found some wafer/paper thin heart shaped vacuum sealed makeup remover pads that when you get them wet, they increase in size by an inch almost, so I use the skin spray, let dry, then put the heart wafer/sponge down and then this dressing over top. A small amount of medics tape keeps the lid on the port when you’re not accessed so you don’t accidentally leak stomach juice out everywhere. And yes, that’s exactly as gross as it sounds.So, as much as money is dear, these are a much nicer option every day than the bulk of split gauze and tape, and appears smoother under your clothes.(The heart shaped sponges I mentioned I found on here, too, and come in a pack of 300 that can fit in the palm of your hand, but could probably soak up your tub if you dropped them all in… I’d keep them on hand for other things around the house and life anyway, they’re useful and decent for the price.

These are so easy to use. Smaller and thinner than a 4x4. Less tape irritation on the skin.

My mother has a suprapubic catheter and will indefinitely. She uses one of these sponges daily. She loves them. They adhere wonderfully and absorb well. We are so pleased with them!

These items are almost perfect. In the beginning they peeled off easily without pain. But last two times, felt like it was glued to my stomach. Guess I’ll have to suck it up😢

Satisfied and functional

These are the best little adhesive bandages! My husband is battling cancer and has a g-tube. These fit perfectly under the plastic circle and over it.They really stick and stay in place until you remove it. They are excellent, convenient and a big help! I highly recommend them!
