This is a godsend for my short chains. With long fingernails, it makes it difficult to open/close those 16 inch nevklaces. However with these, it is a snap. This is my second tme I am buying themMy only suggestion would be is to make it with a less bulkier metal. With fine 14k chains, the clasp can be a bit bulky.

Excellent! Love them. I was unable to manage my late wife's gold chain. In her memory, I had a jeweler combine the two wedding rings, which I now wear around the neck. The tiny ring closure of the gold chain was simply too much to handle for this 80 year old, there had to be a better way. I found the solution at Amazon and love the easy way it allows me to put the chain on and off my neck. Thank you so much for this great gadget at a most reasonable price. It was worth the wait.

These magnetic jewelry clasps are good quality, easy to put on and do not fall off. I ordered them because I have a neuromuscular disease that has left my arms weak and my hands and fingers numb which made putting on a necklace with a regular clip clasp next to impossible. With that said, the magnetic clasp makes it easier to manipulate and secure your necklace without fumbling around for hours. For anyone that has issues with motor sensory issues and neuropathy I would highly recommend theses magnetic clasps! Anything to help make life simpler :)

I use these magnetic clasps on my many necklaces & even give them to my friends for their necklaces. When you have arthritis in your hands, these are a necessity. Bluecell offers a great product relatively inexpensive. Just be sure that the little loop opposite the lobster clasp is there. If not, the items cannot be used because the little hole is too small.

I've got nerve damage in my dominant hand. I've wished I could put my favorite necklaces on, but I couldn't work the clasp behind my neck. This solved that problem. I have a small chain with a coin-sized medallion on it. Since I put one of these magnetic goodies on it, I've worn it in the shower, to bed and all around everywhere, and it has stayed on without a problem. I'm getting some for my silver chains next. No idea how long they last, but we'll see.

The first set of the magnets I really liked, but the second set is a little off color and came from China. These little magnets are really wonderful if you have a problem getting the little clasps unfastened. The necklace and bracelets go on and come off easily.

it works, I can wear a necklace now if my left hand was not affected by stroke it would be much easier to work the clasps. I don't know what the pink thing is for?

My mother loves these. I can't recommend them for very delicate necklaces or huge heavy ones, but works perfectly for an average necklace (example of my "average": 20" rope chain with a 1/4" to 2" pendant). They do work with more delicate necklaces too, but the clasp works its way around pretty quickly due to the weight.
