After 5 years, I wrote a review and it’s awesome!
I’ve used this pan almost every day for about 5 years. It’s been used under a broiler at times. (Sure, I abused it sometimes!) Used mostly for making eggs and light to medium cooking. I recommend it for just about everyone. It eventually lost some of its non-stick qualities after 5 years of daily usage and putting it in a dishwasher. Totally worth the small investment!

12" light copper like pan to cook without oil.
I thought this pan would be thicker and heavier like the ones my mother in law bought on TV, but it is not. Nevertheless it looks exactly the same, except the fact this one is much bigger. I like the color which looks like copper and matches every kitchen style. It needs to be washed, oiled and put in the oven at 300 F for 10 minutes before being used. Always take a towel or something not to burn yourself when you will take it out of the oven...the problem is the whole pan is made of alu and a non stick interior cover. It cooks well and does not need any oil or grease once it comes out of the oven for the first time. A sheet of instructions delivered with the pan will help you step by step to make it ready to work so after you take it out from the oven after 10 minutes please do not add oil anymore except if you really want to or you recipe requires it. The fold says you can put it in the oven, but never over 500 F so check the oven temp.Aluminium helps to cook uniformly so it is a good addition to my cooking tool utensils.A big warning to induction fans: do not buy this pan, it has been conceived "only" for gas and electric stove.I absolutely recommend it even if the dishwasher is not this pan best friend, as dishwashers tend to discolor all aluminium objects, but at least it does not damage its non-stick efficiency so it is ok.The best part is that at least this pas is safe as it does not contain dangerous materials like heavy metals, Teflon/ PFOA, PTFE or PFOS. The diameter is ok for 4 people if you have "normal" portions, not American restaurant or fast food ones because then it would fit only two steaks. The price is a steal so you can always buy more if you need too. There is an annotation that says normally you do not to oil the pan to use it once it is ready to be used; however, if you want oil or butter, you should use your pan at a low temperature. It would be better anyway as butter tends to burn at higher temp and it is very unhealthy.

Low maintenance durable beautiful wok!
I love the wok so much so I came back to buy another one for my mom, but I am surprised to see so many bad reviews. I’ve had my wok for a year and 7 months, and I love it. I cook almost everyday and I am lazy so I throw it into the dishwasher (sorry I know I am not supposed to)! But after all that time and my abuse it’s still non sticky and beautiful.... I mean it does leave some marks when you cook, but they come off really easily when I just use a soft sponge under hot running water without soap. Then I throw it into the dishwasher and it comes out like new. I don’t understand why so many people have bad experiences. Maybe they cook in a lot higher temperature than I do? I mean I am chinese and I like to panfry in hot oil a lot... I would take a picture to show you how nice it is after so long but it has food in it and I am too lazy to do dishes right now. Anyways, I love it!

Best Wok EVER!!
I rarely write reviews this soon, but I LOVE stirfry, so we have it several times a week. I have owned many Wok's, from cheap to expensive, and this one is the best so far. I compared 6 Woks on Amazon before finally choosing this one. Ultimately, my decision was made by the fact that this one came with a lid for less than the cost of the other one that was in my final 2. I do use oil when I stirfry, mostly because I usually dust the meat with flour before I stir fry, so it needs the oil to give it a crisp outside. I am not one to measure when I cook, but I did measure the oil the last time I used it so I could put it in the review. Literally a little less than 2 Tablespoons. This is for 2 pounds of meat. I had no sticking, no burning, and I was able to authentically stir fry by hand, not using tools to stir fry the food around in the pan. I generally stir fry just a little under medium high, and this pan does awesome! I would recommend this Wok to everyone!

What an exceptional value!
Must say, I was a bit skeptical when I ordered this copper pan and lid for under $40. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised when it arrived! I immediately put it to use! I LOVE IT! Mostly I cook my veggies in it; Stir frying or sautéing them. But I have cooked many other items in this nifty pan as well. The 12” diameter is great! Fits nearly everything I need to prepare for my family of four (sometimes 8 with company). And the metal rimmed glass cover is indispensable! So nice to have a little vent hole in it to let some steam escape. Just started using copper cookware recently. Man, I’m sold! The cleanup is really easy! What a breeze! Or so my hubby says, as he is the one who does all the dishes in this household. I cook, he cleans up! 😉So happy with this product purchase, I may just buy another one. But first I need to toss out something else to make room for it! LOL
