As far as we know, the music runs until the crank stops. Not user friendly

how long does it play when fully wound? Thinking about using it in the classroom as a "timer" for off task talking so I need to know how long it plays

It has no spring-wound action, the music plays as long as you turn the handle

Does it come out of the box? Sounds silly, but making sure.

Very sweet.

Although the sound is a tad tinny for this tune - other kikkerland boxes do have a slightly clearer sound - I'm very happy overall, it's a lovely gift idea.

Cheap and cheerful

This Pink Panther wind up musical box is great. I bought it for my 9 year old pink panther mad granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. The product was reasonably priced and she has had lots of fun with it. Great stocking filler for Christmas or just a little gift.

Poor quality

We bought this as a gift for my son, who loves collecting music boxes. This kit is too filmly. The small part that attaches at the back of the drum broke at the screw heads after swapping just 2 drums. Unlike the rest of the body, it's made of plastic, which isn't great quality.A kit that comes wth multiple drums is expected to at least allow swapping them without an problem. Extremely dissapointed, and son is sad too!

Horrible quality - would not recommend.

This product is just awful. I thought, by the number of good reviews, I would at least get a decent music box that actually plays the tune advertised... Oh how wrong I was!It was supposed to be a present for my girlfriend who is a musician. I was shocked when I played the music box, and cringed throughout the whole song, as it was full of false notes. The song is completely butchered and impossible to listen by even a remotely musical person.This product is either of very poor quality or damaged, and it would be an embarrassment for me to gift it to my girlfriend.I thought I could get a decent, well tuned music box for this price, but it seems I was wrong. This kind of quality negligence should not be tolerated.Be warned - do not do your business here.
