Q: Can you make the width smaller so it fits a 120 inch projector screen ?

The maximum width is around 120 inch/3 metres but the crossbar is made of 4 parts, so it can be half or 3 quarters of that. Hope that helps.

Q: Does white backdrop cloth come with it?

No it doesn't - I just use a white sheet which works perfectly. Buy some clips to keep your sheet in place
