This is an excellent reasonably priced cam solution. Build quality and finish is good. I have an exceptionally large factory fitted mirror on my car but this camera still just about covered it. The LCD screen is excellent and the menu screens are smart and easy to navigate. No need for the manual as everything is intuitive and self-explanatory. The USB cable is fairly fine gauge and long enough therefore easy to stow under the roof lining / door weather seals and has ample length. Image quality from the camera is very good for the price of this unit.I use this camera in my Insignia, now I park my car without any struggle even tight space. Happy customer 

Lets get the gripes and groans out the way first. This dash cam is set up for left hand drive vehicles, to get the camera set up to see out in front you have to turn the rear view mirror so if you're sat in the front passenger seat you can use the mirror, but the driver can't. The in mirror viewing screen can't be changed to the left hand side.The camera on it is movable but it cannot be moved enough to make it work on a right hand drive vehicleThis dash cam would be ideal if you do not or can not use the rear view mirror.I brought it for my Volvo V70, but it won't fit the rear view mirror on this vehicle as the mirror housing on the Volvo is too thick, but fits my Fiesta no problem, so you need to have a thin rear view mirror for this to fit.The camera on it is clear and provides a good picture.Easy to set up and install on a thin mirror.Settings are easy to use.For the price you pay it is good, but the faults make it unusable to me.I didn't get round to fitting the rear view camera as i am sending it back as it is no use to me if i cannot use my rear view mirror+'s easy to set up - movable camera - good picture quality --'s only for use in left hand drive vehicle only or having no use of the rear view mirror - can only fit on slim rear view mirrors.

I have installed this in a mk4 Ford Mondeo estate. The camera cable is too short to run around the trims at floor level. But a route is possible through the head lining to the mirror. Main issue is picking up a permanent supply. Fed from passenger fuse box but this powers off after 75 minutes. When opening car power comes back on to power unit. However in doing this all settings are lost so its back to square one. Reverse camera is very good quality and includes the distance bars - a must in my cay as rear vision is restricted! Overall good quality unit. Have not tried the DVR function really, only needed a reverse camera function. A word of caution- using the plug in USB power supply wipes out the radio signal to the radio! Better to use the wired in power unit - no issues to date.

I bought this item after a lot of watching videos on tube on reversing cameras and dash cams and this one appealed to me for its easy way of fitting and quality so simply saying what a great item I had already in my car parking scensor and auto dipping mirror inside the car but this is great when you put it on your rear view mirror it looks so expensive and quality that lends in with my car which is a Audi I hard wired it which is easy hid wires below roof seals and fitted rear camera inside the car on back window all I can say is its great quality easy to fit just one simple thing is the instructions don't say or tell you how to connect rear camera to reversing lights which you have to do if you want automatic rear view on screen but if you don't do this of course you can switchvovercon buttons on the screen itself and just keep it simple bye using the cigarette plug connections that means if you sell your car you can take it out easy and simple I would say at the price I paid £36 it's a bargain I think all cars should have one thumbs up to panlelo

The media could not be loaded. The reverse light doesn't work I want to know what I need to doing , INeed to send just the reverse compareBanco or all system because I paid for someone to fit them and I don't want to pay again to get out and fit back .I'm waiting for some response cheers

If this was a front and back camera only it would be great. However it takes over your Rear view mirror and with the screen on the right and blue glass it makes it very difficult to use the mirror part of the unit. Back camera not the best quality also.

Fantastic bit of kit, build quality and video quality is pretty good considering the price.I installed the whole thing in a little over an hour, including the rear camera. The suppliedcables and adapters are all of good quality and the cables are long enough for a tidyjob with all the wires hidden.Very happy with the ease of set up and operation, its all very simple to use althoughthe instruction booklet isn't of much use.Very pleased with this item and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Well,what can I say?because it’s already been said about this amazing mirror camera!It arrived well boxed and presented,was very simple to install,front camera is taking amazing footage,rear camera is not as good but it’s still pretty clear.Im still trying to get used to having this in my car and it certainly gives peace of mind knowing if an accident is not my fault,I can use this device to save the day!The manual is not easy to work out but it becomes clear as you are installing..At the moment,if you are thinking of purchasing an on board camera with dual front/back recording,I would highly recommend this productThank you
