Ginseng
I purchased this product to enable me to have more mental energy, and yes I think I see signs that I am improving - I do have more mental energy which makes a great difference to ones overall felling of well being. I tire very easily because I am struggling with poor eyesight, but hoping to see an improvement there soon. Ginseng is amazing as it seems to help you feel not just more energetic, especially mentally, but happier emotionally!

Energy Boost
A friend started taking this brand of Ginseng and gave good reports of benefits. So I bought some too upon his recommendation.Mainly for energy. I think the ginkgo is good for circulation too. I will stick with this choice now.

KEEPS ME WIDE AWAKE!!!
I have used this product in the past.Really helps with energy and alertness. I need to take it earlier though - as was wide awake not ready for bed until 1am!!!

Had to stop taking them 3 days in
These made me feel really dizzy & lightheaded by day 3. I’d get up from my seat & felt like I was going to faint. I knew it was these because it’s the only thing I was doing different. Once I stopped taking them it took a few days after for the lightheadedness to subside. Shame, I really wanted them to work.
