I bought this for my 15 year old son who has developed tics due to stress of exams. He’s been taking it 4 days and the tics have eased so much! His confidence is going up due to them easing! Would highly recommend this product.

I have been taking these Magnesium supplements for nearly 4 weeks, I think they made a difference not long after taking them. My mood and motivation has 100% improved and my days are alot more productive. I take them during the day with my food so I cannot comment on whether they help with my sleep. I think I may switch them to bedtime to see if they help but I'm guessing it will take a few weeks of taking them regularly at the same time to see whether it helps. I would highly recommended this magnesium supplement. I have so much more energy each day which has improved all areas of my life.

Hoping will be beneficial to my daughter who has recently been diagnosed with epilepsy, to help with the tiredness she is experiencing due to her epilepsy medication.
