Good machine but not sure if it’s worth spending all that money in a rice cooker

Everyone likes rice cookers, but one problem is that when you open the lid, it moves to the bottom of the rice cooker body and shakes.

I've had a top brand name rice cooker for many years. My main complaint is is took too long to cook steamed white rice and recently the rice was well done on top, soggy at the bottom. I thought it was the quality of rice but after buying this rice cooker my semi average quality rice turned to premium restaurant quality rice. It's glistening, great chew and evenly cooked from top to bottom, oh and cooking time has been cut in half. I can't say enough good things about this rice cooker, it literally saved my rice experience.

This is the worst product. The return window is over so I cannot even return it. It turns off while cooking and shows error message all the time. Tried to follow tje troubleshooting instructions but it is not working

Cooks rice excellently, but it does make a lot of noise when using high pressure, it is also a bit of a chatty Kathy for every little thing.
