I have a very large collection of free weight equipment and dumbbells too, unfortunately and expensively it rivalsany high school's team equipment. I have come to enjoy and use these band systems more however. No spotting is required and they take up very little space, I still use my flat bench for chest exercises with these bands but everything else has been able to be quite similarly replaced by bands. This is quite a durable set and the bar is solid too without wobbles. Very heavy duty carabiners and an adiquit amount of them included too. Your imagination for making exercises with these is the only limit. Tip: I bought an extra set of bands from this company too, this way I can just use extra bands together for higher resistance instead of using the adjustment feature which just makes the bands stretch farther and may decrease durability. Just an idea...I even use this system more than the other bands I have and way more use than my home gym of free weights.Thank you.

Wasn’t really sure what to expect but pleasantly surprised at how much you can do and the sort of workout you can get from the comfort of your living room the combination of various bands could give even the most hardened gym goers a really good workout after using for a few weeks still think there good BUT as you van see from pictures the heaviest band is quite possibly past it best would not want to put to much trust in it ,but my biggest issue is that there is no way to contact Kobra tech you go on there website and no contact information is to be found anywhere

I'm a beginner and there are no assembly instructions. I am struggling with the proper use of all the different elements that make up the product set.

Great addition to my gym equipment. Sturdy threaded steel bar. Very comfortable handles. Nice that its portable when I go out of town.I would very much like to know what the purpose of the Velcro sleeves are for that's on the bands themselves?
