Smelly and tough to swallow
I've tried this item to see if it delivers as promised. I bought 2 bottles, 2 ensure having used it for a while b4 leaving a review....well, here it is....the smell of these capsules made me gag, and they are hard to swallow. Heartburn is constant, even after drinking tons of water....you burp, and taste that horrid smell....I will not buy this again, and wasted money, bc these didn't do anything but make me miserable with the smell. No added hair/nail growth or changes in skin....total waste of money.

Product quality extremely poor!
Came and over half of the caps were broken or empty( loose powder on bottom of bottle ). Not a good experience at all. My wife has gone through a great deal, we were hoping this would would help with the regrowth. Horrible experience.

Really helped my daughter's nails.
My daughter just told me that I must reorder these to be sure that she doesn't run out again.I think noticed that her hair was looking nice, but I'm not sure if i was looking for it.But where I really noticed a difference was in her nails. They were always getting cracked.
