These are my favorite socks. They are well cushioned and last a long time. They are true to size.

I have 6 pairs of these socks and am purchasing my 7th. First pair is 4 years old and holding up well (read below about cushion changing). I am a runner and absolutely love these socks. Once I found these I have never gone back to any other sock for my running and sports. I'ts the cushioning. It really helps supports feet that are constantly getting pounded while running, hiking, camping, and any sports. I recommend them to anyone doing anything on their feet! You will love them! They would even be great for a job where you stand all day. And they aren't hot, they keep feet dry.Now, that being said, the cushioning does wear out. After about a year of wearing them once or twice a week (I save my newest Balegas for my long Saturday runs and and old ones for mid-week runs), it is time to get new ones with softer, less smashed down cushion. I don't throw away the old socks though, I use old ones for everything but my long runs. You know, those long runs need the best socks. Other sports, camping, and hiking can have the older socks. Lol! The cushion is still there, it just isn't quite as soft and comfy as newer ones, but it is much better than regular socks.I don't dry them in the laundry, I air dry them. And I wash mine on gentle cycle. I think laundering them properly helps with the life of the sock.This is the best price I have ever seen them too. $9 is a great deal. They are usually $12 in a retail store.You will LOVE them, it will be a buy you won't regret. The softness is heaven on your soles. :D

I wear these socks until the holes develop. I threw a pair away recently after at least 8 years. Soft, not too thick, don’t cause feet to sweat. Average runner’s dream and worth the price.

Don’t get me wrong, these socks are great. They are perfect for running, walking, and overall super comfortable for everyday life.The thing is, I think they may have changed their sizing. I’ve bought their medium size twice in the past already and recently bought some more. To my surprise, this batch’s medium size was quite loose of my foot. Did they change the standards for their sizing? Did I get a faulty batch? Or did my old socks somehow shrink an inch in length but not width? I’ll never know.Great socks, but did their standard sizing change?
