The taste is unmistakable and a welcome
Taste is one of senses that trigger memories. My mom was German and used this in her cooking. It was on the dinner table every time we had soup. The taste brings me back to those dishes and all the food I've eaten in Germany. I can hardly eat a soup without liberally dosing it with this.

Awesome marinating seasoning.
Great for marinating chicken or pork. Makes an awesome pulled pork Boston butt in crockpot. Will be more in the future.

Better Than Soy & Teriyaki
This seasoning is way less salty than both soy and teriyaki. Adds a nice savory(umami?) flavor to anything. I'm making it my go-to for adding richness to my ramen.

Adds considerable flavor
I used just a little to add flavor to my beef gravy. It took it up a level. I will be using it on other dishes in the future.

Never used Knorr Seasoning until I saw it on PBS
I ordered this because I saw it on either Cook's Country or ATK...either way, I wanted to try it. It's kind of a mix between soy sauce and fish sauce. It's not to bad.
