Assuming that by 'Mixer' you mean the RodeCaster, then by using the RodeCaster's USB output into Audacity, you can choose which channels you want to record, though do note, that apart from the stereo mix, each channel is pre-fader.

Can you connect a dj mixer or controller to it?

You can output from the RØDECaster to a mixer. If the other way around you would need line level to microphone level attenuators and you would use two channels for the input. If the latter is the need, then you may find the Zoom L-8 to be better suited.

It’s anavaible touch screen her or everything it’s manual ?

It has a small screen and yes, it is touchscreen. Frankly, you will not get a better mixer for this price if you are doing Podcasts.

Is the latest firmware on this or you have to do that yourself?

I updated to latest firmware when I got mine was easy to do
