Cushion, Comfortable and pain relief
I am on my feet 5 to 7 hours a day and by the end of my shift, my toes and back are hurting. I have neuropathy in my feet. I needed a pair of really good insoles. these heavy duty insoles are perfect. I have good shoes. They are Brooks and they fit in just perfect. I didn’t have to do any trimming.Hardness:Size:6.5Comfort:Perfect fit

Very supportive for long wear
My husband uses there in his work boots. He loves them! We switch them out every 6 months due to wear of the insoles. He's on his feet for 10+ hours a day. At the end of the day his feet are only beginning to ache. We've tried other insoles but they don't compare to these. Highly recommend in steel toe shoes for long hour wear.

Great support
I buy this brand for my athletic shoes. I take out the original insert and put these in. Like walking on air. So cushioned and great arch support.

These are great while they last
I work in fire service and have different boots/shoes for different jobs. My overnight station boots are slip on blundstones. After about a year the stock insoles wore out so I needed something good to replace them with. I came across these and seen the great reviews. I ordered them, cut them to size and put them in my boots. They were great... much better than the DR S brand ones I tried before. Down side to these is they dont last! My slip on station boots dont get a ton of use yet these insolves after 3 months need replaced because the ball area has now wore through. If these held up longer I would have given them 4-5 stars. I may even try them again if what I go to next doesnt work out. Just wish they would last longer.

AWESOME! I can wear NORMAL SHOES AGAIN!
I have never found an insert that actually worked well enough to say my feet 'didn't hurt'- NOW I HAVE! They do take up a decent amount of space in the shoe, so ones that aren't very deep will likely not be able to accommodate them and your feet. I actually measured my shoes: I have 'thick' feet and my shoes that were only 2.5" deep (or less) will not work, 3" or more were perfect (measured without any insole). These take up about 1/2" of insole space, I could put my shoe's original insole on top of them- but they were far more comfortable without. I was truly amazed at the width difference between the two! I was certain I needed to trim the Polysorb insoles width-wise: NO WAY. These totally provide support to the sides of your feet that most 'retail' shoes do not. (Thus the discomfort when I added the original insole for 'extra' padding- my foot was wobbling in that extra space)I have always had to wear super expensive orthopedic shoes if I was going to be on my feet for much more than a run to the grocery store or so, at least if I wanted to be able to walk the next day anyway. Much more than an hour on my feet or two miles walking and I would be in agony. I do not have fallen or high arches, and I strongly recommend anyone having foot issues either go to a Dr, or at least do the 'wet foot' test to determine your type of arch. I thought I did have arch issues since it was the arch of my foot that was KILLING me- but 'arch supports' were useless (and sometimes very painful).I have tried nearly all of the 'walking shoes' on the mainstream market (Sketchers, Nike, Reebok, etc.) and each lead to horrific pain so they sat in my closet. I promptly put these inserts in within 20 minutes of their arrival- NO PAIN whatsoever. I have not put them to the ultimate test: I work at a school so I spend 6 hours a day on hard surfaces and I walk 3-4 miles/day, but I have done enough walking to say that these make a HUGE difference: I have worn orthopedics ONCE since they arrived (and that was because I really wanted to wear sandles that day).
