These are delicious!
I am truly impressed! I didn't expect these to taste so delicious. You can't tell that they are low carb. My husband is diabetic, and I try to cook as low carb as possible. However, he is very picky, and he couldn’t tell that these are low carb. I’ve recommended them to friends and family, and they were also impressed.

Totally worth less carbs - still an excellent pasta.

Amazing for low carb pasta!
I absolutely love this pasta. At first, I thought 2oz of dry pasta was a very small portion, but this pasta cooks up beautifully and is very filing when added to sauce with protein. I cook these for at least 20 minutes, otherwise, they are too firm. It does not turn to mush if I leave it on too long, it just gets better IMO the longer it cooks. It tastes just like normal pasta to me, my husband can tell the difference and thinks its similar to wheat pasta (he loves regular, white pasta). The only con is that I wish I could buy this particular kind of pasta in smaller quantities. The fusilli is only available in a 6 pack on Amazon, but other versions of carba nada pasta is available in single bags.

Best shape of Carbanada so far!
i am a fan of their fettucine noodles so I was delighted to see this fusilli shape available and it does not disappoint! Flavor and texture are on point! Yes, you do need to cook them longer. I think I cooked it for about 15 minutes. They are firm enough that I don't worry about them getting mushy, just fish one out after 10-15 minutes and taste one to see if it's the texture you like and you can figure out the right time for you. I use a food scale to weigh out one serving and I am thrilled to be able to eat pasta again on a low cab diet even if it is just one serving. My dearest wish is that they come out with lasagna sheets and a penne shape!

Special treat
I had tried low carb/keto for 8 weeks and found that what I missed most of all was pasta. I was used to enjoying pasta 2-3 times per week and I was going through withdrawal! To treat myself I bought a package and used half in a lasagna-type casserole. I was very pleased with the taste, the manner in which it cooked up (quickly, al dente) and how it held up after combining with other ingredients. Yes, it’s expensive but the significantly lower carb count of this pasta makes this worth while

Love these but read update.
I have been buying the Carba Nada fettuccine for yrs and was really wanting a different shape. Was so glad to find these. Can’t tell they r low carb!! Makes great Mac n cheese!Update—-again these r great but that said I don’t really think these as low carb as listed. No matter how little I eat of the pasta and add lots of veggies my blood glucose is still really high when I check it. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that when they check their glucose?? The fettuccine pasta didn’t do that to me.

Great Product!
My family eats low carb and this is truly the only pasta we eat! I tastes like the "real stuff!" It's the only pasta that I buy! We love the fusilli The only problem is that the price constantly changes. I've checked my invoices here on Amazon and find that I paid in the $24 dollar range for a six pack. Then, the price rose to about $32. Last week, I said no way would I buy because the price was $42 and today it is around $35, which is still too expensive! It isn't that the price rose with inflation and kept rising. It constantly varies from outrageous prices to reasonable to somewhere in the middle! We love the product(s) but not the price changes.
