How do I reattach the handle?

I managed to reattach it by putting in the one side, then forcing in the other side with my lower palm after numerous attempts attach it myself and look for advice from the internet. Basically, it’s possible to reattach it, you just have to use force. This will not ruin anything on the bottle.
