Best digestive enzymes on the market!
I’ve purchased this here a dozen times and highly recommend to anyone looking for a good supplement that’s easy to take with or without food, gentle on the stomach, and keeps you regular.I have struggled with constipation leading to infections like diverticulitis for years and this has helped me keep my flareups at bay and stay regular. I usually take this with a probiotic as well, but if I had to choose one or the other on a trip, I would choose this over a probiotic. It helps digest your food, which comes in clutch on holidays, and helps your body absorb other supplements as well as medications. Also, if you take any meds that make you constipated, you will need these with all your meals to stay ahead of it and keep you regular. Proper gut health is key to optimal health overall and I can’t recommend this product enough!

Wonderful!
I personally think that this is the best digestive enzyme out there. You could find cheaper brands, I have tried several but I keep coming back to this one. I absolutely love it. Worth the extra few bucks. Help my gut problems quickly.

Good product
Been using this for years initially bought it at Whole Foods. Good enzyme a bit pricey but maybe that is unavoidable.

I LOVE this stuff
I LOVE this stuff. About two years ago I gained 13-15 pounds when I started taking a certain medicine and had days where I looked almost pregnant with bloat after eating. My jeans would go from fitting just fine to needing to be unbuttoned- it was crazy. I eat mostly a plant-based diet, but I do eat small amounts of dairy and meat from time to time. I had a food allergy test to see if something was triggering my bloat and it came back saying that I was allergic to nothing. I started to research digestion via Kimberly Snyder and found a suggestion of taking digestive enzymes to aid in digestion and reduce bloating. Kimberly has her own line of digestive enzymes but some reviewers weren't happy about be unable to get out of her autoshipments. I was already a huge fan of Garden of Life products so I found these and purchased them over other types of digestive enzymes. What I noticed right away is that the bloating went away on the second day of taking these (yes, there was gas). I lost an inch to an inch and a half on my waistline and I looked so much less puffy. I eventually did lose the extra weight and made sure these were part of my daily routine so I didn't have any more superficial bloating. The package says to take three pills, three times a day, but to build up to that. I started by taking one pill after every meal and worked my way up to three. The only negative is that at nine pills a day you run out of pills really quickly. For me at least, I didn't need nine pills per day for long once all of the initial bloating went down. I then reduced to 3 pills per day- once after every meal. Now sometimes I only take a few after dinner or after I eat meat or dairy, since dinner is typically my heaviest meal.I also started to take spirulina and Garden of Life Primal Defense 30 minutes before each meal and have not had any digestive issues or bloating since and will continue to do so to keep my gut balanced. Please let me know if you have any questions about my experience!

explosive start, but....
I've had mysterious IBS symptoms as long as I can remember. It's the kind of thing where one day I'll eat my breakfast and feel great and the next day I'll eat the exact same thing and spend the next six hours feeling like I swallowed a basketball.I started taking these because a digestive enzyme was recommended for my endometriosis. These were well-reviewed.The first few times I took them, within an hour or so I was RUNNING to the bathroom. I halved the dose on the second day. It was still fireworks. So I figured okay, I can't take these regularly but they'll be great when I travel and can't poop for a week.So I took them for occasional constipation and my body started to adjust. They stopped making me run to the bathroom and started making me REGULAR. These are the dream poops, guys, the kind where there's nothing left for the toilet paper. I don't recognize myself. Now I take them with any big or tricky or restaurant meal. And whenever my stomach decides it's not in the mood for breakfast toast. They prevent / reduce the bloating depending on when I remember they're there. My body still seems to be adjusting. They are negligibly less impactful with each dose making them less effective week to week. The bottle says that a person can take up to 9 per day -- 3 per meal, I suppose. Will I go there? Not sure. Next time I get constipated I'll try two and see how it goes.Taking one has been awesome enough that I'm willing to write a long review about it. I might even go so far as to call these things life-changing. Definitely worth the first week or two of explosiveness, so if that's you, I recommend hanging in there.Oh, and I have tried less expensive enzymes in the past. Might as well have eaten cardboard for all the good they did me.
