This really works well with chalk markers and some chalk. I don't know if it is the material but not all chalk works with this. Not made from the slate boards that we all know from school. We use this in our home to write out scheduling for our household. Clean up is really clean. A bit of soap and a sponge or Windex does the trick. Mounting is a standard imbedded picture frame mount. If you want you can buy small frame mounts to connect a wire but it comes with the nail and mounting goods if this is where you want to go. Good product for what it will be used for.

I really like this chalkboard. The quality is good, it functions for the use, it erases fine does not leave a buildup. The color and design is fine. Bottom line is it functions for what I bought it for, it's not to big and not too small for the size. Easy to move around.

Regular chalk boards are hard to find!!! Everything is dry erase. This purchase was for during calving season. Worked great!!! Works great in South Dakota calving barns. Thanks for making an oldie but a goodie product!!!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it! It is easy to hang, sturdy, so much fun, and smooth! I would definitely buy this again!
