Metro Vacuum Parts - Flexible Hose Replacement

I bought this to replace a hose on a Metro Air force dryer (dog dryer). It had been repaired at least twice with duct tape and was secured to the dryer with a worm clamp.The new hose slipped on snug and tight. What a great feeling that I would not have to "customize".

I bought this hose to replace one I bought in 2018 and used it 9 months before it got a split in it.

I guess as a wise person once said, if you buy quality, you only cry once. It's more expensive, but after the buyer's remorse you will be happy. Well, I could have ordered a small set of vacuum attachments for about the same price as this hose & shipping, but lets face it, they were probably junk made from whatever some Chinese chemist permitted to be thrown in a pot and melted down to meet ridiculous price recuirements. This hose, on the other hand, is flawless. No really, I've used other vacuum hoses, nothing to get excited about, but this one just puts them to shame. This one can bend easily in a radius of curvature of under 1.5", no problem, even though the diameter of this hose is even 1.5". Other vacuum hoses? Fahgettaboutit. Their more rigid and brittle plastic would make them awkward to use. Yet this hose is still strong from the metal coils within, and quality material. There was a 3' version available but I'm glad I chose this 6' version, don't have to move around the vacuum as frequently this way. Absolutely no complaints, perfect 5 stars!(I wasn't even sure this would fit my Carpet Pro CPU-1 vacuum but it fits perfectly. It even has an airflow adjustment ring you can turn on the end so as you move you can adjust the flow by partially opening a small hole to the side. That way if you accidentally suck up a blanket or something, just open the side hole and it saves your vacuum motor from being burned up. Easily worth it)

Works great for my grooming pets

I have purchased two of these hoses (at full price, not in exchange for a review). The first hose lasted about two years before it cracked close to one end. I was able to patch the crack with some electrical tape for a few months, but it finally split enough that I couldn't hold it together. The second hose is only a month old and seems to be working fine. For the price, and with twice-weekly use, I find the hose to be durable enough to consider it a limited-lifespan product.

The hose on my old Metro dog dryer was severely cracked from age, thought I'd have to buy another dryer but was quite surprised to find this on Amazon. It fits snugly and works great! Very pleased with this item.

Let's see, where can you really start a review on an air hose for a dryer. It fits on the output of the dryer? Yup, it does that. The air is properly directed out of the end of the hose without leaks? Yup, does that too.We have bought from this supplier (KV Vet) before and had nothing but great things to say about them. Fast delivery, items exactly as we expected. This may only be a hose, but when the wife complains everytime she had to use an old, leaking 15 year old hose, the relative silence with this new unit is golden.

I got this to go along with my little blaster, perfect fit, and adds the reach I needed.
