These really help with Purpura or those annoying red blood spots I get on my arms. I wasn't sure this supplement was doing much until I ran out for a few weeks and those spots came back immediately. My last blood draw had my Vitamin D levels in range so this definitely helps with that. I love the taste, too! Gummies work much better for me than pills.

Helped my situation very quickly! I had one week until treatment and a high clotting test time that was potentially going to delay me. I was told I need to boost my vitamin K to get the clotting time lowered.
