I don't see why not. I bought a black Hadley-Roma band I wear it with my replacement MVMT watch. It works just fine.

Will it fit on very small wrists ?

That's a good question. I don't have huge wrists and have 3 holes left to tighten with. If the strap is too long, you can always punch holes. If you're referring to the watch size itself, it is 44mm wide. I love this watch and wear it all the time. Does this help at all?
