I thought I gave up hope on my favorite area rug. I have an older dog who over time has developed separation anxiety which led her to pee on my area rug if I was gone for to long. This also happend if someone came to the house (such as an Amazon driver) when I was not home due to being scared. I have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of the smell, from sprays, to powders, and expensive carpet shampooer machines. NOTHING WOULD GET THE SMELL OUT. I was about to bite the bullet and get rid of the rug and purchase a new one when I stumbled across this product. Figured at this point with all the money I spent on other products what was another $35. When I opened it up it had a very pleasant smell but not over powering. I vacuumed my rug first and then sprinkled this magic powder relatively heavily onto the carpet. It says to leave it for 20 minutes or so before vacuuming it up but I took the dogs out of the house and left for about 6 hours. When I came home I vacuumed it all up. After I vacuumed I didn't notice any urine smell but also thought it was just because the smell of the powder was still in the air. After about 3 days I asked my husband if he noticed that we could not get hints of urine smell anymore and he said he also noticed that the smell was gone! To check even further I got down and put my nose right on the carpet, took a big wif, and to my surprise IT WAS GONE!!! IM STILL SHOCKED. Love that this product is 100% natural as my dogs are my babies. About a week later I did another round of it just because I'm OCD about smells and I seriously cannot smell 1 trace of urine. This product saved my beautiful carpet. Will buy and recommend over and over again 🫶🫶

we live in a home that occupies two dogs and three cats. despite how hard we try, there is sometimes a lingering odor in the carpet from our furry friends. although we have replaced most of our carpet with hardwood, we kept the carpet on the stairs for the animals to easily walk up and down. good natured carpet deodorizer and freshener has been an absolute lifesaver. i am highly sensitive to the smell of cats, and nothing seemed to work when it came to maintaining the smell of our home. i love how fresh the house smells after using this product.it's very easy to apply, and i love that it's not toxic to animals or humans (as it uses all natural ingredients). you need to sprinkle the product to the carpet and let it sit for about five minutes. sometimes i leave it on a little longer, just for extra smell proofing. this does not remove stains but i love how it doesn't leave the floor feeling sticky. it just feels clean if that makes sense.the packaging is really nice, and it comes wrapped in an additional bag to prevent any leakage or spillage. great product for any pet owners or parents :)

The scent when I opened the bag was wonderful and I was so excited to use it that I immediately pulled out my vacuum (not normal for me 😆). I sprinkled the powder all over the room - sometimes a little clumpy but overall it spread nicely. Let it sit for 10 minutes and then vacuumed. Was a bit disappointed, the heavenly smell from the bag did not translate and the musty scent was still there. Deciding not to give up I did this 3-4 times over the next 48 hours and while the citrus smell is not apparent the musty smell is almost gone!Good product though not a one and done application - expect a few applications to start to smell change.

This product works wonders! It completely eliminated stubborn pet odors from my carpets and left a fresh, clean lemon and eucalyptus scent that isn’t overpowering. I love that it’s safe to use around my pets and makes the whole house smell amazing. Highly recommend for any pet owner!

First off if you have a Dyson do not use. It ruined my Dyson. I guess it’s the sensors in the vacuum or something.I got it on sale and I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless it was on sale. I used it for my cat rug and yes it eliminated what I assume was cat pee but after I checked on the rug the next day it smelled like the scent and the pee had mixed and it just wasn’t pleasant. I know there is cheaper options that you can get at your big box store. Thought it give it a try…***UPDATE***Product is still the same but I’ll give an extra star for their customer service. A company this size reads all the reviews they get and they reached out and made things right. You don’t find that now days. Most companies sell you something and you’re just another piece of the pie to make them money

Smells amazing. I bought the smaller bag, to try without a huge commitment. Maybe I'm using too much, but I only got 2 bedrooms and 1 hallway from the bag. I reordered the bigger size, because I am 100% happy with it. And next time I'll use less and try the suggestion of brooming it in before I vacuum. Would recommend to anyone wanting their home to smell lemony fresh!

This smells SO GOOD!! There’s no fake floral type scents that smell like they’re covering up something, or trying to. It just leaves a nice, naturally clean smell. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I wish I could get the liquid cleaner in a larger size, like I can for the carpet powder! Yes, you’re spending a lot at one time, but having to order less makes it last longer and I don’t feel like I’m always running out!

It worked for a bit, but the fresh smell didn't last very long and it seriously caused clogging to my expensive vacuums. I've used this with a Dyson and with Shark vacuum. Both vacuums required serious filter and machine cleaning after using this product. Not sure it's worth all the trouble for a very short period of fresh scented carpet. You can use baking soda just as well for less. The scent itself is not overwhelming like other products.
