I have been using this unit for 3 watches. I set my Rolex in one, and in the other two slots I have Breitling watches. The rotation settings were easy to set, and I rarely see it moving but I know it works because my watches have kept perfect time. The unit is built with good quality materials, or at least it appears to be. The rotation is very quiet and I live in the country. I'd recommend this unit to another without hesitation.

This is a very attractive unit. It’s quiet and keeps all my high-end watches and fine working order. I can’t give a higher compliment than to say I would buy it again.

The finish is poorly done and you’ll find that the finish just isn’t good. It’s nice for a day. The corners seem to be missing the finish. It’s like they forgot to clear coat it. It’s beautiful but cheaply finished. See my photos where the finish is gone. Do not expect it to look as nice as the 5 star reviews. You’ll need a touch up marker if you want to keep it and it likely won’t last if you dust it. This just did not work and it had promise. Consider it cheaply finished furniture and expect that the finish will not remain on the product. Retuning and will grab another brand. Sadly.

it was nice at beginning. After about two years, the left side made noise every few seconds. It’s unbearable in the evening. We had to turn the left side off. So only two out of the four slots were functioning. I can’t find any contact information of this maker at all. Also, I bought it at $329. Now it’s worth less than half of the price

The media could not be loaded. This is my second watch winder from this brand. I love it. Have not experienced the same issues that others mentioned. The only thing I can say is that I wish it came with a door and key to lock the box. Still a great item nonetheless

I liked the watch winder for the most part. However, I did return it. I returned it because the center winder would catch a little during rotation. Also, if you are buying this for watches that fit smaller wrists, you’ll only be able to use one of the retractable pillows Essentially making this a one watch winder. I would have kept the watch winder, despite the fact one was sticking, if all three of my watches would have fit the pillows. I called to inquire about buying two more small pillows, but was told they were not available. I was disappointed to have to make the decision to return the winder. It is very quiet and It’s a very handsome piece. It looks really nice with the blue LED light on.

Fantastic winder! Will definitely buy another as the collection grows. Not only was the product better than advertised, the customer service was fantastic answering questions I had. Definitely 5 stars!
