XLABSuper SMP Wing

Super light, super strong, has all the right slots, holes, and hardware required. Not much more to say. Water bottles and repair kit stow safely and securely, but most importantly, out of the airflow. Fits my Selle SMP T5 saddle perfectly.

Launches bottles period! Good idea and looks great but needs better engineering. Had the Gorilla cages. I contacted Xlab, they asked for pictures and they suggested their XT cages. These are super tight making it very difficult to take out and insert bottles when riding. Bottles don't launch now but not good if you need water when riding, you have to be careful. Even when at a stand still you need to use some considerable amount of force to take out the bottles. Difficult to put on, need to take saddle off or seat post and turn upside down. If you have big hands or fingers can be difficult to put on. Used on ISM saddle.

I was ecstatic to discover that there was a specific version of the Wing for my SMP saddle, as it's been very hard to find any kind of decent mount for it until now.It was a bit of a pain to get all the bolts to align without cross-threading, but once it's on, it's ON.It's also worth spending the extra money on the matching toolbag. They come in 3 sizes, as it turns out, and the micro one that I got turned out to be pretty tiny indeed, although big enough for 3 spoons, multitool and a minimalist CO2 inflator
