I wanted an easy-to-read poster to give me ideas of pilate moves withough having to watch a video or have papers printed out. This is perfect! The pictures are crystal clear. The moves it shows are excellent for intermediate pilates. The quality of the poster surprised me because it's GOOD quality. I have purchased wall charts in the past from other companies, and the material is usually too thin (cheap) or too thick (laminated). This is a strong, quality material. I will definitely be purchasing the beginner and advanced charts soon to complete my collection.The only thing I wish is that the seller could possibly make smaller versions of this, as well. How awesome would that be?!

Took it straightaway to Office depot.They trimmed and laminated 2 posters for $22 dollars (Essential and intermediate)Now they are a useful tool and no worries about fragile paper! Framing would of been an option.

The information on the poster is great! I know several complained that the pictures are too small. I love having 43 different exercises to look at. If the pictures were bigger the poster would be either huge or not as many pictures. My disappointment is the paper quality. It would have been SO nice to have this come laminated. I went to Fed Ex and spent 35.00 to have it done. The option to frame this28X34 poster would be very expensive. This is still a very useful tool.

The delivery way that it was boxed, was great. Great quality.

If this were on higher quality paper and darker ink, it might look nice for display. If you don’t have the spring and rep counts memorized, you’re better off keeping a manual or list next to you. To get a close up of this reformer poster, it would be unsafe to keep popping up like a jack-in-the-box. I certainly would never get this for newer clients at any level.One comment said there was a man with hairy pits on the poster. Mine, the intermediate reformer version, matched the one pictured. I only bought one as a sample, of which I’m grateful.
