can you pack shoes,shirts & 2 suits for carry on?

Shirts and 2 suits - no problem. There is no compartment for shoes but a pair of shoes would certainly fit and still no problem for carry on.

Will a suit wrinkle if the bag is folded in half?

Only if the bag is in a spot where it is hot. We always keep our 40” and 52” Wally bags folded so we can jys5 grab the handle and go!
