Good for hiking
I used these on a hiking trip where my wife and i went 30 miles, 2 nights. They were easy to inflate, light weight, pack up small. I let a little air out of mine to make it less firm. Only problem is keeping it in place in the hood of my sleeping bag. But that would be an issue with any small inflatable pillow

Good basic pillow
Definitely not a pillow from home, but in the backcountry it is nice to have. Easy to inflate and deflate, packs up nice and small.

Good value
Really good quality, very compact!Used it during a 3 day adventure. Has a button that toggles the air intake. Took a minute to inflate.Perfect

Great bang for buck head comfort ratio. and the new design has awesome functionality!
I purchased this ostensibly for my wife, but will be using on my solo backpacking trips.Purchased the Trekology pillow at $15 and also purchased the Agile Gear pillow at $12 to give a comparison of the two to see which one my wife or I would use.I've only had a chance to pre-test overnight, but have some initial impressions on the Trekology pillow.Pros:I like the stuff bag, nice two tone colorway and decent drawstring. Not a lot of room to stuff the pillow, so I had to fold the pillow along the original lines to make sure I got a good fit. The Agile Gear bag has a similar design, but was a bit larger and easier to pack. But it also felt like a cheaper nylon bag.The bottom surface was appropriately grippy on my Outdoorsman Lab sleeping mat compared to the Agile Gear pillow.I have a Sierra Designs quilt and a Sierra Designs bed sleeping bag and appreciate the rounded cut that fits in mummy style bags. Both pillows do a good job curving along the top of the bag.The ergonomics of the two are subtle, but both my wide and 6 year old, as well as I agree that the Trekology huge the shoulders more comfortably. The placement of the air release valve button along the left edge of the pillow is much better than the top middle bottom of the Agile Gear. I would find myself placing my hands over my head to stretch and would constantly hit the air value on the Agile Gear.Another bonus is the press valve on the new design allowed me to release air incrementally to get jus the right pressure. I could do this without having to pick up the pillow and could do this laying down one handed, very handy! The Agile Gear uses a two valve system, one to blow air in and a quick air release valve, I found it a pain to have to take the pillow, release the valve, blow in air into th pillow, lay down, test, and see if the pillow was comfortable or not.The Trekology is slightly taller than the Agile Gear and this was noticeable during the side sleep test. Also, the sides raise slightly and this gave a bit of comfort cradling my head. The top material on both were appropriately fuzzy and comfy enough that I hand no complaints. I did notice the material on the Agile Gear seems to pick up lint easier. Both were easy to wipe down the requisite drool from the nights sleep, and didn't leave any stains.Cons:Both pillows use a TPU material that seemed thinner than a Sea To Summit that I tried out, but the Agile Gear seemed especially thinner than the Trekology.I can't attest to the longevity, but from what I read, the Agile Gear is covered for 90 days compared to 1 year for the Trekology pillow. Not much to complain about the Trekology pillow to price ratio. As mentioned, the material is slightly thinner than the name brand pillows, and the stuff sack is a bit exacting when packing away.I'll be going out in the field and will give any updates as they come along.SummaryOverall, good bang to buck ratio, and I can see why it's got 712 (as of 03.23.2018) 5 star rating. For an extra $3-5 compared the competition, it seems like this is worth the cost.
