Cuisinart Food Processor, Mini-Prep 3 Cup, 24 oz, Brushed Chrome and Nickel, DLC-2ABC

I've had this mini processor for some time now and ... thumbs way up.This is one of the best investments I've ever made for my kitchen, and a bargain to boot. While I do have a full sized Cuisinart food processor with all the bells, whistles, blades and other gadgets, and I still use it for big jobs, it is heavy and cumbersome to clean after use. This little machine is perfect for small, quick jobs ... garlic cloves, ginger, spices, nut butters, a quick pesto, and the list never ends. It takes up almost no space in the cupboard and clean up is a breeze with only three parts (main container, blade and lid.) A lot of times I just throw in a cup of warm water, a squirt of Dawn and spin it, then rinse the parts individually.At such a great price, I highly endorse this little time saver. Not sure how I lived without one. I would buy again!!

Just the perfect size. I was excited to purchase this item to use for my every day cooking. My first use was it to chop parsley and it worked great. The blades are very sharp, so it chopped the parsley perfectly. When I took it apart to rinse and use it again to chop tomatoes, I noticed it was not working. I thought, great it broke already after the first use. I was really upset. So I started the online return. The online return took me to the trouble shooting page (Thank goodness). I realized when I put the Top back on, I didn’t align the tab that goes in the back. Sure enough, it worked 😂. Since then I have used it to make Salsa, Hummus, Breadcrumbs and chopped vegetables. I love this little machine, such a great value for the money. Would definitely recommend. 👍

Mainly bought it for the chopper aspect as our old one broke however it works well in all functionalities. The design is clean and modern and is easy to use as there are only a few buttons. Blade size is good, seems like it will be durable and useable for some time. It was also discounted compared to the other colors which was a plus given that it looks sleek and modern.

This is a great accessory which I use often. I liked the old style better, which was a 3 cup model. I make my own salsa by chopping green onion, garlic and cilantro in the machine. Then I add a can of drained, diced tomatoes and grind briefly. Add cumin and salt and a few squirts of siraccha and Voila! Cheap and delicious! I also use the machine for chopping and dicing vegetables for soups and salads.

Love having this kitchen gadget around for chopping or mincing. Certainly reduces my prep time. Be mindful to use care with plastic work bowl not to break or crack it or while handling the sharp blades. Cuisinart’s mini chopper far exceeds the ease of use compared with another well known leading brand, that will remain unnamed, as I can speak from my personal experience. This gadget does a satisfactory job and can be purchased at a very reasonable and affordable price.

This little processor really helps in the kitchen! Works well to blitz bell peppers, jalapeño cilantro. But I don’t do onions in here because it makes them into liquid! Very powerful for being so tiny! Holds more than you think it would! Blade is super sharp!

This is a nice little chopper. It cuts evenly and it cleans up very easily. For some reason I had to wait a month and half for it to arrive, but I'm glad I purchased it.

Sent this as a replacement to my daughter in law who absolutely loved her first one and even continued using it when the plastic bowl broke, so she is thrilled to have this one to replace it as is is just the same but she doesn't have to jigger the side to get it to work!
