Q: Do you need to heed to to make it sticky or is it already?

To address the answer giving misinformation: Using the tool or your hand does not make it "really stick." The #1 action needed to adhere the vinyl is to burnish! You will need the scraper tool for this as your hands will not do the job properly. Burnish! Burnish! Burnish some more! You must prep the surface correctly, apply correctly, allow to cure and provide proper after care. If you miss any of those steps you will have issues.

Q: Do Will you take the whole roll with you? How?

I keep my rolls in a scrapbooking box that was created to hold a big stack of 12x12 paper. Then, if I travel, I cut 12x12 sheets to take along in the envelope that my other colored sheets came in.

Q: Why is this vinyl bubbling on Cricut brand new mat

There is something stuck on the mat. Also you need to use a brayer to properly adhere the vinyl to the mat. It's user error.

Q: does this have glitter it does not look solid black ?

No glitter. Mine was solid black, not sure why they used that picture
