Will these fit 245/50/20??

Yes. I used on a tow dolly with a jeep grand cherokee. The tires are 255-75/16 which are 30" diameter and 10" wide. The straps were perfect size so all strap wound on the ratchet. Your 245-50/20 are 29.6" diameter and 9.6" wide. The listing only tells rim size and is very misleading on actual tire sizes. I used on a 5500 mile trip and the straps are very good quality.
