Value for the price & easy assembly
I was a bit concerned about the quality based on the low price but it came, I put it together in about 30 minutes and got to bouncing !!! :) I’m fairly handy but it was easy to assemble. Easy directions. Good bounce. Very quiet/no noise when bouncing

EXCELLENT FOR BEGINNERS
I am almost 70 and needed something different. Sick of treadmills, aerobics; and days I work it is too late to walk outside. I did not use the plastic to cover the springs or the bar but if you do not have good balance, I would use both. Definitely use a beginner video until you get familiar with the rebounder. I feel that this may be the answer to high blood pressure.

Good for the price
Overall, I like the product and think it’s worth it, especially for beginners on a budget. These are my first thoughts after having it a week and using it 5 times. The biggest con I have is the noise. In the 5 times I’ve used it, it gets noisier each time. First it started with the squeaking, but now the springs are catching on the frame and making additional noise. That being said, it doesn’t bother me enough, or my partner who has to hear it when I’m on it.I would recommend watching at least two YouTube videos before using. The first one is how to open and close it. I almost returned it because I couldn’t get it open. Then once I did, I couldn’t close it. After watching a video, I saw where to apply pressure to get it to open and close. I’m a small person and I do it by myself now. It gets easier each time too. I live in a small apt and there is no room to leave it out between workouts, so I am opening/closing it every workout. The 2nd video I recommend watching is proper posture for jumping. I was jumping on the balls of my feet and after I started jumping properly with flat feet (and fixing other posture points) my lower back stopped hurting.About the work out itself, it’s pretty easy compared to other types of cardio. I want to stop after 30 seconds on a treadmill, but I’ve been doing 30 min workouts no problem on this. Even when I do have a gym membership, I’m really bad about actually going. It’s too much work for me to get ready for the gym. I love being able to do this in my pj’s before I get ready for the day.

Buyer Beware - WILL NEVER FOLD UP AGAIN AFTER YOU ASSEMBLE IT
This purchase has been a nightmare since the moment it arrived. It arrived folded, in a narrow box, and as soon as I started to assemble it, I began to have more and more doubts that this would really fold once assembled. It arrived folded into quarters (think pie slice shapes). Opening it to a half circle wasn't too bad, but once I tried to open it fully it was very difficult. At one point I almost had it open, but it hadn't fully 'locked' into place, so when I released pressure it snapped back and almost broke my hand - the tension is that strong. I then got help and we managed to lock it flat. Once assembled, it was clear it would never fold back up, so I immediately went on Amazon to request a return label. However, it also soon became clear that it would NEVER, EVER fold back up. There are four bolts - at 12, 3, 6, and 9:00 on the circle - but loosening those (they would not come out) did not help. And that was it, my only option to try and get it to fold back up. It is a horrific design. Then I contacted customer service.I was escalated twice, and finally the supervisor (via chat) said there was nothing he could do, I had to get it back in the box in order to return it, or they couldn't give me a refund. No amount of explaining that it was 1) falsely advertised, or 2) that I didn't have a box big enough to fit the full diameter of the trampoline, received any acknowledgment or helpful solution. So I am now stuck with a trampoline that I will likely only get 10% of what I paid for it from a buyer who wants it AND has enough space that they don't ever need to fold up their trampoline.I have done hours of research since, and the trampoline that looks like it actually does what it is advertised to do - FOLD UP - is the Maximum PRO Folding Rebounder, currently listed on Amazon for $259. At this point it's worth the extra to get something that customers who purchased it confirm it actually is easy to fold up.And I'm SUPER disappointed with Amazon's shoddy, rude customer service. :(
