I love this magnesium and I have ordered it for quite some time now. But Amazon is getting lazy instead of sending me this wonderful product. They sent me face makeup that I never ordered. So I asked for a refund. Nothing against this Wonderful magnesium. I don't understand how the Amazon warehouse people can mix up a supplement for face makeup????

In my journey to make sure I get enough magnesium inmy diet, I didn't do much real research and startedoff with these.The price and reviews are really good but as I am in theprocess of fine tuning my supplements, I began to doresearch magnesium levels more carefully.My "research" suggests that the maximum amount ofmagnesium for a grown man is 400-420mg per day.These have 500mg.Surely, there is some confusion and discussion aboutwhat a recommended dosage is but after reading aboutthe possible side effects and symptoms of over dosing,some of which I may have, I'm moving on to a lowerdose product.Keep in mind that I am looking for a "supplement" toadd to magnesium sources already in my diet, not onethat blasts over the threshold with just 1 tablet.Everyone is different and mileages may vary but Ithought this was important to mention to anyoneconsidering a magnesium supplement.

It has helped with a few different symptoms I'm experiencing without any side effects. I'm taking it as prescribed but I'm gonna try taking it before bed and see if it makes any difference.
