Some of the best PSU's on the market
Over the last 25yrs of building and hundreds of builds and thousands of upgrades... I've bought a lot of power supplies. For the last 7yrs I've only used EVGA and for one very good reason.I used to use Corsair, but the last one I had didn't come with enough SATA power cables for the modular PSU. Instead they threw a bunch of Molex in there too.Now Molex isn't a thing anymore, and it's only on cheap cases with cheap fans that you might find them.I was 1 SATA power plug short as it only had a 3 and a 2... and the same in molex. So I contacted Corsair and asked if they could sell me one. They were kinda obnoxious about it and begrudgingly and eventually said to look for a reseller in your area. Took a further week before they'd even tell me WHO was a reseller in my country. So I contacted them... and they wanted such a stupid amount of money and then doubled it for shipping. The price for that single cable, was going to cost as much as a 400W (non modular) power supply. You can probably guess some of the words that came out of my mouth. As I had an EVGA PSU in my other system and they were both the same rating and power, I thought I'd swap them over and see if EVGA could help instead. Not only did they respond quickly, they sent me the cable I needed free of charge, not even any shipping costs.I've thanked them by buying 4 more EVGA PSU's in the last couple of years as I rebuilt systems and now all of mine run them, as does the one I built for my mum and a friend.Thank you EVGA... as for Corsair... you lost a customer... of PSU's... I'm stuck with your case and rgb fans until I build an all new system in a couple of years... Guess who's cases, fans and other stuff I'll be avoiding... It's not EVGA.

Have had this PSU for a while now and yet to have any faults with it. Its very heavy and big but fits in my case which is relatively small so no issues from me. Recommend EVGA 1000%

DO NOT USE ECO MODE OUTSIDE THE US!
So I live outside the US and I usually use eco mode on every power supply unit I've ever had. However, that changed once i got this PSU. Let me explain.Recently I've had a problem with my new build turning off unexpectedly with no consistencies, so I couldn't find the issue. A friend then brought it to my attention that this PSU's eco mode is not designed out side of the US and linked me the official forum by EVGA. Don't get me wrong, good power supply unit However eco mode is more than just buggy from these reviews and if there's any way I could help someone else similar to this issue, then I will. Your build is fine, check your eco mode and see if the computer works afterwards.

A power supply that lives up to its name.
This is by far the best modular power supply I have ever bought. Quiet as a mouse and more than enough to run my hardware.
