Ideal and perfect

The P.A.N. Flour is just perfect. As a lover of Venezuelan and Colombian cuisine, I can't miss preparing arepas, empanadas or hallacas. Are they two types of corn?
I have noticed that there is a particular type of flour that tastes very different from others. It comes in a bag with a blue logo in the upper left corner, prominently displaying the words "Gluten Free." My mom, friends, and I can all tell the difference every time this flour arrives. As Venezuelans who eat arepas almost daily, we are very familiar with the flavors. Has anyone else noticed this difference? Both bags are labeled as "Made in the US," so I’m curious if the corn used differs. We prefer the one without the big blue logo.
