The media could not be loaded. this stamp came very fast and I love the quality and how dark it leaves of an imprint. I minus one star if you look in the video most people put the outside label on the stamp in the same direction as the stamp.this was not. I ended up having to write top on it where the top of the stamp was otherwise I would’ve given it a five star.I bought another stamp from another company about two months ago and the ink and how black it is. There’s a huge difference hard to tell in the pictures but the one that I brought from a name brand the ink is very light and the one that I got from this seller, it is so dark. I love it. I love that it has its own case.The only thing it didn’t come with instructions and the only reason I knew how to use the case and lock it back in place was because of a video that they had in the description.which I had to go back into my orders on Amazon and look it up in order to figure out how to use itI shouldn’t have had to do that. I would say just make sure the label is in the same direction as the stamp and either have directions or a video to go to to see how to unlock it and open it otherwise great product.

I don't recommend you buy from this company. I purchased a stamp and the final image was blurry and the text was unreadable. Per their recommendations I made changes to my actual logo because I was told it would work better. The second stamp they sent doesn't lay down ink consistently. There are white gaps in the impression and it won't provide a clean image no matter how many times I try. On top of that, the replacement they sent me was a different version from the one I originally ordered, but I was willing to let it go if the actual stamp worked. Which it did not. When I asked for a refund because of the quality, I was told no. They claimed it was user error. This was meant to be used for my business and instead I'm left with a stamp I can't use. It doesn't look professional and I'm not willing to put it on any of my products. Please don't make the same mistake I did. You will be left with a product you can't use and and be blamed for using the stamp wrong, rather than it being an issue with their product. I also recommend you read the other low reviews for these stamps. It seems that either their product is bad quality, or a lot of us can't figure out how to use a stamp.
